Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither London Marathon Events Limited nor it’s sponsors or suppliers will be liable for any loss, harm, damage, illness or injury however so caused (directly or indirectly), arising out of or in connection with or, suffered during or as a result of, the participation in the Event, provided always that nothing shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused directly by the negligence or the organiser or its employees.

Athlete Conduct

The athlete shall abide by the rules of competition of the Mini London Marathon and the rules of UK Athletics. The athlete shall adhere to all reasonable instructions of the Mini London Marathon, its staff and marshals and the staff of any venue used in connection with the event.

Parental Consent for London Mini Marathon

I give permission for my son/daughter to represent the London Borough of Croydon and participate in the London Mini Marathon. I acknowledge that my son/daughter is in good health and I consider him/her capable of taking part in this event.

The Mini London Marathon is a publicised event. As such, during the event, various filming, photography and broadcasting takes place. I consent that photographs, filming and sound recording of my child will take place and grant permission, free of charge, to London Marathon Events Limited, its licensees and those authorised by it, to use such photographs, films and recordings (including and copies) and for their image, likeness and voice to be included in pictures and/or film and/or audio broadcasts or transmissions (including the publication on the internet and in social media) and their exploitation and advertising without compensation or credit such use shall last in perpetuity.

Medical consent
